Our Unapproved Land Problem

New Jersey does not have a large enough pipeline of "Approved Plans" ready for our in-place local and national developers, to purchase and build for our continued natural population growth, along with our baby boomer generation requiring active-adult living product within their communities. This has caused a new construction housing crisis in New Jersey and in the United States alike. Simply put, we have too many people and not enough new construction housing for them, especially the baby boomers. Our builder purchasers are happy to pay premiums for our approved plans, because of the value we bring to the table with our extensive brokering knowledge of what consumers want, our level of expertise in contract negotiations, and a decade plus of experience in real estate land development that is injected into our approved plans upon creation and execution with the municipalities.
