As the Founder of The Elia Realty Group and Co-Founder of Trelia - Creating Tomorrow’s Neighborhood today , Bruce has spent 15+ years mastering every stage of the real estate process—from brokerage and acquisitions to land development and investment strategy. His experience, education, and ability to execute gives him and his team the insight to help clients recognize strong opportunities in the real estate space.

A former Division I college football player, Bruce brings the same discipline, focus, and team mindset to his work. His goal is to educate, mentor, and guide athletes so they can position themselves for success, build real wealth, and create a future that extends far beyond the game.
